It can take between 2-4 weeks for your body to adjust to any mattress, so sleep and dream with our 100-night trial.
If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights on your Luxo Pro or Luxo Luxe mattress, contact us for a refund and we'll arrange a collection with our charity partner.
To be eligible for a return, you must have been sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights.
To book a return, simply contact us within 100 days of receiving your item by sending an e-mail to support@luxoliving.com.au. Our customer service team will work with you to process your return (refund of the original purchase price excludes delivery fees. Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund).
For all returns, your original purchase receipt is required in order to process your refund.
Once you lodge a refund request, our charity partner will contact you to organise a pick-up. Collections can take up to 10 business days, and can only occur during business hours.
We cannot accept any mattress for return nor replacement which has mould, dirt, stains, smells, bed bug infestations, ripped or with any damage.
Our return policy is limited to one (1) return of maximum two (2) mattresses to be returned or exchanged per household. All returns are only applicable to a customer's first order.
