Luxo Pro and Luxo Luxe Mattress 100-Night trial
- It can take between 2-4 weeks for your body to adjust to any mattress, so sleep and dream with our 100-night trial.
- If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights on your Luxo Pro or Luxo Luxe mattress, contact us for a refund and we'll arrange a collection with our charity partner.
- To be eligible for a return, you must have been sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights.
- To book a return, simply contact us within 100 days of receiving your item by sending an e-mail to support@luxoliving.com.au. Our customer service team will work with you to process your return (refund of the original purchase price excludes delivery fees. Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund).
- For all returns, your original purchase receipt is required in order to process your refund.
- Once you lodge a refund request, our charity partner will contact you to organise a pick-up. Collections can take up to 10 business days, and can only occur during business hours.
- We cannot accept any mattress for return nor replacement which has mould, dirt, stains, smells, bed bug infestations, ripped or with any damage.
- Our return policy is limited to one (1) return of maximum two (2) mattresses to be returned or exchanged per household. All returns are only applicable to a customer's first order.
