How it works:
1. Order Your Furniture: When placing your order online, just note your order number. If you’re ordering over the phone or in our showroom, you can request assembly service at the time of placing your order.
2. Give Us a Call: After completing your checkout. Give us a call on 02 8999 1114 (24/7) with your order number and give us two preferred dates and have your credit card ready to pay for the assembly service. Our telephone operators will take care of the rest!
3. Sit Back and Relax: Let our team of experts assemble your furniture with precision and care. We’ll send two of our product assemblers for each job so you won’t need to lift a finger.

Please note: Our assembly service is separate from our delivery service, and delivery drivers will not assemble your furniture. Assembly service is available for Luxo Furniture items in the Sydney metro area only and includes a call-out fee, labor, and rubbish removal. A $49 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
For Finnish (steam) saunas, our team will assemble the entire unit except for connecting the stove to the power, which must be done by a qualified electrician.
Original Packaging Requirement: Please ensure you are satisfied with both the product and assembly service. Keep the packaging if you wish to return the item, returns are not accepted without the original packaging.
