Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Entry Requirements
1.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry. The promotion begins on 27/07/2024 and ends on 11/10/2024.
1.2. Employees, and their immediate families, of Luxo Living, associated agencies, companies, contractors, or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or 1st cousin.

2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter the Promotion, customers must complete a quick survey and fill out the entry form.
2.2. Participants will receive one entry for completing the survey question above.
2.3. Customers can earn 10 additional entries for each $500 purchase made.
2.4. By entering, participants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages/emails from Luxo Living indefinitely. Opt-out instructions are provided in each message/email.
2.5. Entries must provide verifiable contact details upon request to be eligible. Only entries registered under the participant's name are valid. Entries that are incomprehensible, illegible, false, or incomplete may be disqualified.

3. Prize Draw Details
3.1. Eligible entries will be entered into a draw conducted by Luxo Living on 14/10/2024 using a random number generator.
3.2. The first eligible entry drawn will win the prize.
3.3. The total prize pool is valued at up to $10,000.
3.4. The Winner will be notified via email or phone on 15/10/2024 and announced on Luxo Living's Facebook and Instagram pages.
3.5. Luxo Living will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Participants must check junk/spam folders to ensure receipt of any communications regarding the Promotion.
3.6. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 10 days of notification, Luxo Living reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw on 25/10/2024. The new winner will be notified via phone or email within two business days of the redraw, and their name will be published on Luxo Living's Facebook and Instagram pages on 28/10/2024.

4. Description of the Prize
4.1. The Prize, valued at up to $10,000, includes:
  a. Two (2) return economy flights (including applicable airport/airline taxes) from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Hawaii, USA.
  b. Five (5) nights' accommodation at Hilton Waikiki Beach, Hawaii, USA for two (2) adults.
  c. $2,000 spending money, loaded onto a travel money card.
  d. Travel to the Australian departure city will also be arranged.
  e. Includes taxes and fees related to the flights.
4.2. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and all components must be used together in one trip. Any unused portion is forfeited.
4.3. The departure date for the prize tour must be by 2/12/2024. The Winner and their travel companion must ensure they travel on or before this date. Luxo Living is not liable for any flight cancellations or delays.
4.4. The Winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other necessary documents for international travel (e.g., travel insurance, visas). Luxo Living will cover travel expenses to the Australian city of departure.
4.5. Once tickets are issued, traveller names cannot be changed.
4.6. Luxo Living is not liable for missed flights, cancellations, or delays. Refunds or compensation will not be honoured under any circumstance.
4.7. By entering, the winner and their travel companion accepts the inherent risks associated with travel, including potential injury, damage, or loss. Luxo Living is not responsible for any Force Majeure events affecting travel. The Winner and their travel companion are advised to research local conditions at their travel destination and will be required to sign an indemnity form before accepting the prize.
4.8. Luxo Living will not cover any additional expenses beyond those specified in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to additional meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and any other incidental costs.
4.9. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Exclusions
5.1. The prize does not cover additional meals, taxes beyond those specified, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, in-room charges, or any other incidental costs. Luxo Living will not cover expenses exceeding the provided spending money.

6. Eligibility Confirmation
6.1. Luxo Living reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner, including requesting proof of identity, age, and residency.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Personal data collected will be used to administer the competition, contact winner, and as outlined in Luxo Living's Privacy Policy. Entrants' personal data will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.
