What is LUXO|Live and how does it work?
Think of an auction, but the buyer always get to purchase at their bid price, which will be much lower than the regular price. Prices start low and increase over time. The earliest bidders get the lowest price. The promotion ends just before the stock arrives in our warehouse. All LUXO|Live orders are dispatched as soon as the stock arrives.
LUXO|Live items will only be available at the specified start time. To make it fair for everyone, there is a limit of one of each available LUXO|Live item per order. If you don't see the LUXO|Live items on our website please refresh your browser at the specified start time.
How do I become a VIP and what are the benefits?
VIP members get a special page to access all LUXO|Live items. Exclusive access to special events and promotions including Black Friday and Cyber Weekend deals are reserved for our VIP members. To be added to our VIP contact list you just need to:
- Subscribe to our email newsletter here
- Place 2 orders within a 6-month period OR visit our website 7 times within a 6-month period
Once you qualify, we'll send you a welcome email to let you know! This email will also include your password for accessing the exclusive LUXO|Live VIP page on our website.
Can I access LUXO|Live deals if I am not a VIP?
Yes, however you will not have access to the all-in-one LUXO|Live page, or exclusive events and promotions reserved only for VIP list members. You can still find any available LUXO|Live items by browsing through our website pages.
